Sheer rose-lace bell-bottoms with a low-rise, barely-there waistband and an exaggerated ruffled flare that pools at the floor — the silhouette borrows from 70s disco and takes it somewhere more delicate. The all-over floral lace is semi-transparent from hip to hem, with the ruffle tier cut from a denser panel for contrast in weight and opacity. Dry-clean-only construction in 100% polyester lace, made in New York.
