Four self-fabric tie straps anchor this wide waist piece, knotting at center front to pull the gathered ruffle panels into a peplum that fans out on both sides. The abstract floral print — cream ground with diffused dark burgundy spots — reads almost like a blurred animal print, printed on a structured woven base. Volume is entirely achieved through pleating and layered gathers, with no internal boning.
