Why it's worth it
One diagonal seam, two colourways, and frayed ruffles doing the architectural work.
The Edit
An asymmetric diagonal seam splits this fitted pleated crop top into two colourways — black on the body, deep ink-purple running from neckline to waist — each edge finished with an eruption of frayed, ruffled trim that extends the full length and continues down the outer sleeve seam. The long sleeves taper to a neat cuff, while a single medallion button anchors the diagonal at the hip, the only hardware on an otherwise textile-driven surface. Worn as a co-ord with the matching wide-leg pleated trousers, the cropped hem sits deliberately at the natural waist.
