The Edit

Micro-sequins cover the entire ground in iridescent pale blue, then black-thread stem embroidery and white paillette florals climb the surface in repeating vertical sprays — a second layer of handwork laid directly over the first. Yellow satin appliqué in fluid, wave-like forms fills the negative space between stems, giving the skirt a painterly depth no single embellishment technique could achieve alone. The pencil silhouette sits low on the hip and cuts straight to below the knee, letting the surface do the structural work.
