Why it's worth it
Red leather, woven so thoroughly the jacket is mostly air.
The Edit
Red sheep leather, cut into hundreds of flat strips and hand-interlaced across the chest and sleeves before releasing into long fringe at the hip — the construction leaves almost no solid panel intact below the collarbone. A gold-tone center-front zip closes a round, ribbed neckline, the only structural seam in the piece. The fit is body-skimming through the torso, with the fringe adding volume and movement from the waist down.
