Four tiered rows of dense black fringe fall from a fitted waistband, each layer longer than the last, landing at asymmetric midi length with raw, unfinished strand ends. The fringe construction replaces any conventional skirt shell — movement does all the structural work, the strands parting and re-settling with each step. The waist sits clean and narrow against the volume below, making the silhouette entirely bottom-weighted.
