Handcrafted in Italy from smooth calf leather, this thong wedge rides on a 70mm sculptural heel with a concave inward curve — the kind of heel construction that reads as intentional from across a room. The wide asymmetric vamp strap and slingback closure sit against a cushioned calf leather insole, keeping the upper stripped to almost nothing.
