Cut from a 100% cotton in a warm mustard, this smocked top features an elasticized square neckline with a tiny red rosette at center front and ruched flutter straps that frame the shoulders. The shirring runs the full length of the bodice, creating horizontal gather lines that stretch to fit and release at the hem with a soft ruffle. Cropped to roughly 17–22 inches depending on size, it sits at or above the natural waist.
