The Drop Edit
Mercedes Salazar Beetle Earrings

Why it's worth it

A scarab beetle made of actual hand-embroidery and tassels.

The Edit

Scarab-shaped drop earrings hand-embroidered in Colombia with silk thread over a gold-plated bronze frame, finished with crystal and seed bead cluster studs at the post. The beetle body is rimmed in dot-punched metalwork detailing, with articulated wire legs flanking the torso. Seven black silk tassels hang from the base on gold-banded caps, giving the earring substantial drop length and movement.

Insider Tip

Clip-on — no piercing needed, but check that the mechanism suits your ear thickness before a long night out.
