Why it's worth it
Smoky quartz in gold that looks excavated, not manufactured.
The Edit
An irregular, hand-cast bezel cradles a faceted oval smoky quartz — the stone set low and flush, the gold rim rippling unevenly around it like wax still settling. The 18k vermeil surface carries visible tool marks and texture across both the shoulder and the tapered band, placing it closer to medieval ring-hoard than contemporary fine jewelry. Handmade in Valencia over recycled 925 sterling silver, the proportions sit between a signet and a solitaire without fully committing to either.

Baroque pearl in a gold bezel — the shape does what a round stone won't.
