Why it's worth it
The bag is a fan. A working, structured, pearl-covered fan.
The Edit
Gold-plated brass rods fan out from a semicircular pivot point, each spoke strung with graduated faux pearls and anchored at the body by a structured mikado-lined interior — the construction is closer to jewelry than to bag-making. The shoulder strap is a full pearl rope, beads ranging from seed-sized to bold statement rounds, no chain or leather in sight. Fully handcrafted, the silhouette holds its half-moon shape with no internal boning — the metal framework does the architecture.
