Iron-framed and wicker-wrapped, this clutch uses tortoiseshell acrylic panels laced onto the structure with natural rattan cord — a construction closer to furniture-making than bag-making. Gold dome press-studs close the top frame, while a hand-rendered turtle sits inlaid at center panel. At the base, braided cordonê cord knots through a bamboo ferrule before releasing into a full silk tassel — the longest detail on the piece.
