Denim reworked as occasion wear: this mini dress pairs a boned, panel-seamed corset bodice — complete with a denim rope bow and keyhole cutout at center front — with a stiffened peplum and a dramatically godet-flared skirt. Radiating topstitch seams and horizontal banding lines structure the skirt, while the enzyme wash softens the indigo to a worn-in depth. The horsehair hem construction (from the skirt it's paired with) carries through in silhouette intent — volume that holds its shape without crinoline.
