Why it's worth it
Fringe panels become the entire skirt — no seam, no lining, just movement all the way to the floor.
The Edit
Silk chiffon falls from a mao collar through a sheer, lace-appliquéd bodice into a skirt built entirely from vertical pleated fringe panels — each strip left unanchored at the hem so the trains pool and drift independently. The sleeves are balloon-gathered at the shoulder and bishop-cuffed, adding volume that mirrors the trailing skirt without adding structure. Body visibility through the bodice is intentional, the lace placement at the waist the only opacity in the upper half.
