Modal jersey construction with a fold-over ruched waistband in periwinkle, opening into a full-bleed photographic garden print that wraps the entire skirt panel. The fishtail hem breaks into two scalloped arches at the hemline, finished with fine baby stitching — no lining, intentionally lightweight and drapey. Doubles as a strapless dress when the waistband is rolled down.

Fold the waistband all the way up to hit above the bust and it converts to a strapless mini dress — completely different look.
