Every design starts as a sketch in its own Stockholm atelier, then goes to factories in Portugal, Italy, Turkey or China, chosen for the skill each piece needs. The cuts carry it: wide, padded shoulders, belted maxi coats, asymmetric closures and ruffled collars on otherwise simple shapes. Any leather it uses is vegetable-tanned.

About Arakii
Designer Hanna Schönberg launched Arakii in Stockholm in 2022, after years of planning. The name comes from a Japanese word for a wild or new tree.
It set out to mix exaggerated silhouettes with pared-back essentials, and became known for sculpted tailoring and statement coats with unexpected details.
