About Azulu
Azulu began as a family business in Colombia, started by a husband and wife under the name Salomon. Their son, Alex Srour, relaunched it in 2018 with Maya Memovic, a designer raised in New York who trained in film before turning to fashion.
Together they moved production to small workshops in Bogotá and reshaped the label around resort clothes for women who travel: natural fibres, sculpted shapes and handwork by Colombian artisans.
