About Dorsey
Meg Strachan founded Dorsey in Los Angeles at the end of 2019 and named it after her grandmother, a collector whose jewelry box held everything from costume pieces to diamonds. The spark came at a Paris flea market, when the back came off a pair of vintage earrings in her hand.
She wanted jewelry with an archival feel that would actually last, built only on lab-grown stones. The single-strand rivière, the classic tennis necklace, became the piece the label is known for.
