About Mansur Gavriel
Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel, two art-school graduates who met in 2010, launched Mansur Gavriel in New York in 2013, paying for the first run themselves and producing it with a factory in Italy.
It opened with just two pieces, a bucket bag and a tote, and the waitlists that followed set the course: almost no logos, strong color and leather meant to age along with its owner.
