Danielle Guizio left fashion school and started her namesake label in New York in 2014 with a few hundred dollars. She is self-taught, and the label grew online, drawing on the city's subcultures.
Its signature became the corset, reworked collection after collection, along with body-skimming shapes worn by Bella Hadid, Kylie Jenner and Lady Gaga. In 2019 she made Forbes' 30 Under 30 list.
