About Alexis
Designer Alexis Barbara Isaias started Alexis in Miami in 2008 with her mother, Ana Barbara, after the dresses she had made for a Mediterranean island trip drew more attention than the holiday itself.
They built the first collection from a home office in Coral Gables, where Alexis grew up, and shaped the label around her Cuban-American roots: warm, romantic and feminine, with intricate lace as its signature.
