About Fashion Brand Company
Penelope Gazin, an animator and fine artist with no fashion training, started Fashion Brand Company in Los Angeles in 2018, working out of her own apartment.
She wanted her art to be affordable and wearable, and the label became known for prints with a private joke in them. In 2021 it opened its own factory in Guangdong, China.
