About L’Agence
Jeff Rudes, a pioneer of premium jeans, founded L’Agence in Los Angeles in 2008 with Margaret Maldonado. The name is French for the agency, and the idea was easy Southern California dressing with a Parisian sensibility.
It made its name with silk blouses and T-shirts that picked up early celebrity fans, then grew into a full wardrobe of jeans, blazers, leather jackets, knits and swim.
