Turkish summer-wardrobe label founded in 2021, built on lace fabrics, natural linens, and raw materials for the sophisticated urban woman.
Think: sun-drenched lace for summer
Marfa Istanbul makes bright stretch-lace summer dressing in pieces that match into sets, so one look does all the work.
The lace is the point: lightweight stretch lace in saturated colors, cut into long-sleeved dresses with trumpet cuffs, fitted tops, flared trousers and draped skirts that work together or apart, with many dresses arriving with a triangle scarf in the same lace. Loose cotton maxi dresses in graphic prints round it out, and everything is made in Turkey.
Esra Genç Tütar founded Marfa Istanbul in Istanbul in 2021, opening with a small summer collection in natural, raw fabrics.
Lace came next, along with accessories, and the label became known for playful lace sets in bright colors: summer clothes meant for long days out with friends, mixed and matched rather than worn by the rules.
From reviews and try-on videos, in our words.
Most pieces come in a single Standard size, with a few trousers and skirts in paired EU sizes like 34-36. The lace stretches, and the model is 178 cm wearing S/36, so check how each piece is cut.
The Debbie lace dress comes with a matching lace scarf, and the same lace runs through tops, flared trousers and skirts, so it can be bought as a full set.
The lace is mostly polyamide with a little elastane, and the printed maxi dresses are pure cotton. Labels say machine wash warm at 30°, no bleach, and iron on low.
US orders take about 4 to 5 business days from Istanbul, and the brand covers US taxes and customs duties, so nothing is due on delivery. The site lists no US shipping rate, so check it at checkout.
Returns are free within 14 days on the brand's own courier label. Pieces must be unworn, tagged and in their original packaging or they're rejected; to change a size, return it and reorder.
