About Simone Rocha
Simone Rocha grew up in Dublin, the daughter of designer John Rocha, and studied fashion there before an MA at Central Saint Martins in London. She showed her first collection at London Fashion Week in 2010.
From the start the work mixed Irish references with her Chinese heritage and her love of art, turning Victorian volumes, tulle and pearls into something more unruly. Two British Womenswear Designer awards followed, and in 2024 she was guest designer for Jean Paul Gaultier couture.
